2006 Competition
Our school's second year in the ThinkQuest international competition also turned out to expand our horizons while being better at narrowing down our topic.
The topic for the year was comprehension and written analysis of scientific essays. While the number of students involved this year increased to five, the diversity of the team also increased, as students with strengths in physics, English, web development, and other sciences worked together to create the website.
Under the leadership of S. Dutta, the team was able to meet more frequently and develop the website within and outside of school, resulting in greater enthusiasm. Come see our website when it is available. It is a milestone in our team's accomplishments.
In late June we found out that our team's website became a finalist in its category, a major accomplishment considering that it is only the team's second year. We hope to continue our trend of sharing quality information via the World Wide Web.
